Notice Of Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager At Risk

The Franklin Local School District Board of Education is requesting statements of qualifications pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33, et seq., from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for two separate projects:  (1) the Duncan Falls Elementary School Additions & Renovations Project, which is anticipated to include construction of additional learning spaces within the school, and (2) the Junior & Senior High School Additions & Renovations Project, which is anticipated include kitchen renovations and creation of a new office suite, conference room, and nursing station at the Junior High School and the construction of a new auditorium for the High School. Interested firms may request a copy of the Request for Qualifications for either or both projects from Rob Preston, Interim Superintendent, at rob.preston@franklinlocalschools.org. Qualifications will be accepted until 3:00 pm local time, July 30, 2021.
