Public Notice

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Franklin Local School District as provided in this notice for the Philo High School Auditorium Project. Questions may be directed to and electronic copies of the Contract Documents, which include additional details, are on file and available from DC Reprographics; 1254 Courtland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43201; 614-297-1200; www.dcplanroom.com.

Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Board of Education of the Franklin Local School District, ATTN Rob Preston, Assistant Superintendent, 360 Cedar Street, Duncan Falls, Ohio 43734, and plainly marked on the outside “PHILO HIGH SCHOOL AUDITORIUMPROJECT BID.” Bids will be received until 12:00 PM, local time February 14, 2023 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read at the District’s Administrative Offices located at 360 Cedar Street, Duncan Falls, Ohio 43734.

Questions regarding this Project shall be sent to www.OhioBidQuestions@fhai.com.

All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply.  No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
